Insurance Coverage Litigation Associate Attorney

Overview

The Dallas office of Lewis Brisbois, a full-service AmLaw 100 firm, is actively seeking an attorney to join its Insurance Coverage Practice.

 

The ideal candidate will have at least two (2) years of litigation experience, know how to prepare case-specific (not boilerplate) discovery and respond to discovery requests, be detail-oriented and be willing to dig into the details of the claim file documents. Some experience taking and defending depositions is a plus, as is knowledge of property insurance. Admission to the Texas Bar is required.

Our Insurance Coverage Practice focuses on interpreting contracts of all kinds and representing insurers in complex coverage claims. Such representation includes monitoring, mediations, arbitrations, and declaratory relief litigation in state and federal courts throughout the United States. The firm represents primary and excess insurers, reinsurers, third-party administrators, managing general agents, insurance brokers and agents, and independent adjustment companies. Collectively, our attorneys have experience in virtually every line of business.
