About the Role
The Associate Agile Project Manager is responsible for overseeing the entire lifecycle of medium to large scale projects within the IPO framework. This role requires a deep understanding of both Agile and traditional project management methodologies to ensure projects are delivered on time, meet quality standards, and align with company and departmental strategies.What You'll Do
Project Planning and Execution:
- Collaborate with Digital Capabilities Strategists to define project scope and ensure alignment with the IPO Roadmap and Old Navy's strategic objectives.
- Develop detailed project plans, specifying goals, scheduling, resource allocation, and potential risks, using tools such as Airtable and Jira.
Agile and Traditional Project Management:
- Utilize appropriate project management frameworks (Agile/Scrum, Waterfall) tailored to project requirements. Facilitate all project phases from initiation to closure, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
Risk Management and Quality Assurance:
- Proactively identify risks, devise mitigation strategies, and manage any necessary adjustments to project plans in collaboration with project stakeholders.
- Conduct regular project reviews and post-implementation analysis to capture learnings and apply them to future projects.
Stakeholder Engagement and Communication:
- Maintain continuous engagement with all project stakeholders through regular updates, meetings, and reports.
- Ensure all project decisions and their impacts are clearly communicated across all levels of the organization.
Who You Are
- Bachelor’s in a related field or relevant experience.
- At 3-5 years of project management experience, ideally within a digital or e-commerce environment.
- Certified in Agile methodologies (CSM, PMI-ACP) or equivalent, with robust experience applying these practices preferred
- Strong leadership capabilities and excellent problem-solving skills.
- Advanced proficiency in project management software and tools, including Airtable, Confluence, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships.
