What you’ll do:

• Translate business needs into requirements and solutions for web applications
• Elicit requirements and stakeholder engagement
• Document user stories, workflows, and wireframes
• Work closely and collaboratively with web developers on solutions that meet or exceed user expectations
• Use Jira to manage and track software development work
• Lead Agile SCRUM teams and ceremonies
• User training, documentation, and support
• Participate in the testing of web applications
• Post deployment support of end users in the use and adoption of web applications
• Communicate with stakeholders on project status

What you need to have:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Management Information Systems Computer Science, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in a business analysis capacity
• Knowledge of Agile development concepts and the ability to apply those concepts in a web development team
• 1+ year of experience working with a web development team preferred
• JD Edwards EnterpriseOne exposure is a plus
• Experience with SQL databases and query language is a plus
• Business Analysis or Scrum Certifications is a plus
