Position Overview
The position, reporting to Director of RB Operations, is in charge of managing overall inbound shipment (returns for repair) from carriers (i.e., AT&T, Verizon and T-Mobile DC) and fulfillment of RMA within the TAT (Turn Around Time) required by the contract. This person will work directly with Account managers within RB operations and PIC from each carrier reverse logistics.

- Manage the relationship with the 3rd party vendor operations
- Provide operation guidance to vendors and ensure the operation KPI is met
- Lead projects within the RB Warehouse operation including inventory control & transportation (Airfreight / Trucking)
- Lead tactical plans to meet business objectives
- Cultivate relationships with carrier account teams and other internal customers
- Oversee and complete all administrative responsibilities required for buffer inventory operations
- Assist in business and program development
- Plan and execution of RMA fulfillment & warehouse operation capacity based on volume fluctuation
- Participate in the development of warehouse budgets and controls labor costs
- Oversee maintenance of warehouse tools and equipment
- Responsible for routine or standard technical problems and responds to standard requests from internal and external customers
- Lift, move, or adjust general test equipment, boxes, supplies, materials or products weighing up to 50 pounds using proper materials handling equipment and procedures
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 6-8 years of job-related experience
- Experience with MS Office including but not limited to, Excel, Word, and Access
- Experience conducting internal and third-party audits required
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to develop and create original analysis
- Strong interpersonal and consensus building skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bilingual in Korean is highly preferred
- Prior experience in logistics and/or telecommunications
