- Provides timely assistance to team members regarding benefit and human resource questions and issues.
- Updates benefits carriers websites, enrolls employees in benefits.
- Maintains employee personnel files to ensure legal compliance.
- Coordinates new hire paperwork, and new hire orientation meetings.
- Assists in preparation of special events such as Company picnics, Roadshows, Year End Celebration, and other office or company gatherings.
- Responsible for random testing coordination.
- Other duties as assigned by HR Director.
- Bachelor’s degree required
- A minimum of three (3) years of human resources experience or a combination of work experience and education.
- High level of proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook is required.
- Must be able and willing to travel (day and/or overnight travel) as needed.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) Required.
- Benefits Administration experience highly desirable.
