Compensation: Starting at $90,000+ annually (based on experience)

Role Summary

We are seeking a skilled Electrical Engineer to contribute to the design and development of industrial power and control systems. This position involves hands-on engineering work and close collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable electrical solutions from concept through implementation.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Develop and design electrical systems for power distribution and control applications
  • Generate and maintain schematics, wiring diagrams, specifications, and bills of materials
  • Support new product development as well as modifications to existing systems
  • Ensure all designs meet applicable codes, standards, and internal engineering practices
  • Provide technical guidance to production and operations teams as needed
  • Maintain organized engineering records, documentation, and revision control
  • Partner with project teams from order release through final delivery
  • Monitor project progress and support adherence to established timelines
  • Participate in project reviews and coordination meetings
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve design efficiency and product performance 

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (BSEE required)
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in electrical or power systems design
  • U.S. Citizenship required
  • Experience with control system components such as relays, breakers, contactors, and metering devices
  • Working knowledge of PLC systems (Siemens experience preferred)
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD Electrical (current version)
  • Strong understanding of electrical wiring, integration, and system layout within equipment or structures
  • Familiarity with applicable electrical codes and regulatory requirements
  • Experience working with electromechanical systems
