Job Description:
The primary responsibility of the NWE Infrastructure Services - AOM (Annuity Operations Manager) is to be the trusted advisor for Infrastructure Services Sales on all topics related to Renewal and Conversion Annuity business, as well as IB related Growth Initiatives.
As an AOM, you
- drive to maximize Renewal and Conversion Growth
- drive OS Sales / CO / MCCO Relationship to Operational Excellence
- drive OS Growth Programs (details to be agreed per country)
- report dashboards and findings to Infrastructure Services Sales and Business
- manage Program/Tool implementation
- live the HPE Values

Job specifics/responsibilities:
- Manage open renewals and conversions to ensure on-time order booking and backlog closure.
- Control cancellations, correct coding and follow-through with Sales on areas for win-backs.
- Drive new ideas to identify Upsell Opportunities and areas for growth within renewal mgmt. and support on local and WW Business initiatives.
- Act as country SPOC for all CO related topics/questions/escalations, manage improvement plan and drive to operational excellence.
- Lead on selected OS growth initiatives for Installed Base, and manage them to success.
- Support OS Sales & Business with customized reports, conversion potential and renewal eligible reports and support FY readiness with data to enable quota deployment and optimize coverage.
- Support the NGIT Services Led implementation with focus on Migration, Services CPQ deployment to Channel and internal Approval process.
- Manage/Support other Program/Tool implementation as needed.

- Successful execution of Growth initiatives (per defined metrics)

- NWE Infrastructure Services HQ Leadership team
- Country Infrastructure Services Sales and Business teams
- Back office teams: GO, MCCO, GDC, GDS, Compliance, Tax
External:
- Customers / Partners (where applicable)
Education (degree) and professional experience required
- Bachelor Degree in Business or equivalent experience
Other requirements:
- Excellent communication skills in verbal and written English (country local language would be great but not mandatory)
- Detail oriented with a structured work approach and an orientation towards solutions
- Detailed knowledge of Contract Renewals
- Good working knowledge in Microsoft standard applications and HPE specific tools
- Ability to operate effectively within a virtual (cross-cultural) team
