We need a Global Project Manager, Implementation & Change who understands our processes, culture, and technology to serve as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for our most ambitious global initiatives. This is a high-visibility, cross-program role designed for someone ready to apply their deep knowledge of the HR services industry to drive execution across borders.

Your Mandate & Impact:

• The Global-Local Bridge: Act as the cross-program SPOC, linking central program teams directly with local market deployment managers. This is the ultimate two-way role: guiding the market with global runbooks while ensuring local insights are factored into global strategy.

• Implementation Oversight: Oversee the full deployment scope—from organization and process design to core technology streams, including major Salesforce implementation.

• Governance & Standardization: Play a key role in local and global governance forums, providing proactive feedback and upholding the global standard approach without becoming the single point of failure.

• Delighting People: Ensure successful implementation hinges on a strong Change Management foundation, supporting our employees and candidates through transformation to deliver on our Partner for Talent promise.

Non-Negotiable Skills:

• Experience: Proven success in deployment or managing teams through major changes/transformation programs (minimum 8 years of relevant business experience preferred).

• Global Mindset: Experience leading cross-functional and cross-cultural projects with a focus on on-site deployment in various countries.

• Tech Acumen: Solid understanding of current technologies and proven experience in product deployment (specifically Salesforce).

Location & Next Steps

This is a Virtual, Europe-based role that requires frequent travel to markets during critical go-live milestones. Fluent English is essential; German, French, or Spanish is a strong advantage.
