Broadway Cityview is recruiting for a hospitality focused PRN Maintenance/Security to join our team!

Here are a few of the daily responsibilities of a ENTER JOB NAME HERE:

• 1 Assists in maintaining proper levels of materials and supplies for the campus to ensure the timely and efficient completion of necessary tasks.
• 2 Completes all work orders in a timely manner while providing detailed information regarding the task(s) performed along with all prescribed/pertinent equipment information. 
• 3 Performs general housekeeping duties of hallways and common areas as directed by supervisor and may be assigned floor tech 

Here are a few of the qualifications we need you to have:

• 1 Must be able to effectively communicate with residents and staff. 
• 2 Ability to understand and follow instructions in English. 
• 3 Ability to lift 30 pounds.
