- Provide personal care assistance including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene support
- Assist clients with mobility, transfers, and positioning to ensure safety and comfort
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding as required by the client's care plan
- Perform light housekeeping duties including laundry, tidying, and errands
- Monitor and document changes in client health, behaviour, or condition and report to supervisors
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients and their families
- Administer medication reminders in accordance with the care plan
- Valid Personal Support Worker (PSW) certificate from an accredited Ontario program
- Previous experience in home care, long-term care, or a related healthcare setting is an asset
- Current CPR and First Aid certification
- Vulnerable Sector Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license preferred
- Strong communication skills and a compassionate, patient demeanor
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
