• Provide personal care assistance including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene support
• Assist clients with mobility, transfers, and positioning to ensure safety and comfort
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding as required by the client's care plan
• Perform light housekeeping duties including laundry, tidying, and errands
• Monitor and document changes in client health, behaviour, or condition and report to supervisors
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients and their families
• Administer medication reminders in accordance with the care plan

• Valid Personal Support Worker (PSW) certificate from an accredited Ontario program
• Previous experience in home care, long-term care, or a related healthcare setting is an asset
• Current CPR and First Aid certification
• Vulnerable Sector Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license preferred
• Strong communication skills and a compassionate, patient demeanor
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
