We are hiring a Remote Regulatory Reporting Specialist. 

The Regulatory Reporting Specialist fulfills ADST’s ability to verify customers’ use of the ignition interlock device and meet necessary installation reporting requirements. Responsible for day-to-day communication needs of Monitors and/or State Authorities, daily account reporting and analyzing data to identify violations as outlined by each state, while prioritizing the identification of potential instances of tampering and/or circumvention. Regulatory Reporting Specialist operate in a fast paced, high-volume environment; a high degree of efficiency and attention to detail are required to meet role expectations.

What You’ll Bring to the Table:

Complete customer onboarding process and required Compliance reporting to State and monitoring authorities, including:

  • Quality review of pending installations to confirm accounts are compliant with state regulations and installation approvals.
  • Cleanup/removal of inactive accounts.
  • Timely completion of state required paperwork and customer data necessary for installation, violation, and removal reporting.
  • Reviewing reporting tools to ensure equipment is functioning as expected and working to identify issues.
  • Detailed review of data logs, including images where necessary; setting reference photos.
  • Provide all applicable reports to state/counties within required time frames. 

Complete necessary installations/sales handoffs to meet state requirements.

Be available in ADS call queue to handle customer calls promptly.

Meeting ADS's SLAs.

Assist with Intoxalock reporting tasks as assigned by supervisor

Review and correct system data as needed including state data feed results.

Accurately resolving compliance questions for internal and external customers while maintaining a professional demeanor.

Secondary installation support & technical assistance for customers and SCs.

All other duties as assigned. 

Required Skills & Experience:

  1. High school diploma or GED required with relevant work experience, some college preferred.
  2. Strong verbal (both in person and phone) and written communication skills that can be flexed to fit a broad spectrum of situations.
  3. Excellent organizational & time management skills.
  4. Strong attention to detail leading to high quality work production.
  5. A strong sense of accountability and work ethic with the ability to manage work independently.
  6. Superior judgment and critical thinking skills to make a well evaluated decision regarding state regulations and company operating procedures.
  7. Professional, resilient, consistent, customer-centric attitude. Patient, team-oriented demeanor.
  8. Ability to analyze account documentation and device usage/history.
  9. Computer skills required include proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel; familiarity with SharePoint preferred.
  10. Effective problem-solving skills used to identify efficiency, quality and/or service improvements to the work assigned.
