About The Role
Responsibilities
- Generate energy, excitement, and passion around Corebridge products! You are aware and have a deep understanding that Corebridge provides a customer service experience to our customers that is industry leading
- Supporting District Vice President(s) with correspondence, presentations, and other administrative functions
- Managing the District Vice President’s schedule and making appropriate travel arrangements
- Preparing and processing the District Vice President’s expense reports
- Create and distribute statistical reports tracking financial professionals’ progress on goals
- Manage day-to-day operations of the district office, including mail, supplies and sales literature
- Maintain district compliance files and logs
- Provide loyalty-building service to clients by answering incoming phone calls/requests/emails
- Effectively communicate policy information and company procedures to all clients
- This position will neither perform selling duties, nor advise clients
Skills and Qualifications
- District Office Coordinators that are action oriented, high energy, personable, empathetic, and have a genuine desire to help our clients
- Excellent communication skills and organizational skills
- Must have a high degree of confidentiality
- Proficient with MS Office including Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; HS Diploma or GED required
- 2 years of administrative experience
Compensation
The anticipated salary range for this position is $52,000 - $56,000 at the commencement of employment. Not all candidates will be eligible for the upper end of the salary range. The actual compensation offered will ultimately be dependent on multiple factors, which may include the candidate’s geographic location, skills, experience and other qualifications. In addition, the position is eligible for a discretionary bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable incentive plan. Corebridge also offers a range of competitive benefits as part of the total compensation package, as detailed below.

This position is based in Corebridge Financial’s Linthicum Heights, MD office.
