As a Senior Business Systems Analyst for Aspire, you will be a member of the Agile Product Team and/or Deployment Team that spans across functions and Chapters. This role leads and guides other members for the assigned business / product area(s) within the assigned operating unit to ensure program priorities are defined and delivered with technical integrity and solution sustainability.  This crucial  role will communicate team progress to various levels of stakeholders in order to establish system confidence and enable OCM activities. The selected candidate for this position will hold strong knowledge of the business as well as project knowledge and process management.

The Opportunity

  • Technical and Production: You oversee Front End Business Support, which includes, providing front-line functional multi-site support of operations systems applications by responding to support tickets, tracking problems/issues, and following up with users. Escalating to technical and/or Global teams as needed and tailoring technical information to various audiences as necessary.

  • You create, maintain and/or obtain necessary training guides, documents and user manuals for reference. Creates training materials and conducts user training. Develops and maintains knowledge base for business systems.

  • Front End Business Configuration: You collaborate with local and global teams (i.e. IT, Global, technical and/or Operations) to ensure proper testing of defined functionality. Acts as a local site testing coordinator. 

  • Business Master Data / Business Data Stewardship:  You implement master data changes in accordance with change control processes. This includes ensuring compliance and data integrity across applicable systems by complying with department processes, updating processes with continuous improvement mindset, and auditing the systems data to verify accuracy and effectiveness of processes. 

  • Teamwork and Collaboration: You maintain an in-depth understanding of customer needs from a business and technical perspective. You assist in defining project scope, business and systems requirements through implementation, while acting as a liaison between business users and technical teams both locally and globally.

  • You plan, manage and control the activities of a team that provides technical expertise in identifying, evaluating and developing systems, data management/migration oversight, process adaption through the network.

  • Safety and Quality: You maintain current process information and documentation per internal and external guidelines. You maintain quality system compliance (e.g., follow processes and procedures as written). You create and update clear instructions, procedures and process flows that capture existing departmental processes as it pertains to Business Systems practices.

  • Continuous Improvement: You diagram and evaluate existing processes to gain process simplification and efficiencies. You support the collection and analysis of data for a business, providing better solutions, technology integration, systems improvements.

Who You Are

  • You have a Bachelor’s Degree.  Degree in business, science, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems or related fields preferred.

  • You have 6+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: working directly in or supporting SAP applications, other ERP solutions, Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) Applications, Python coding, or related technologies.

  • You have 4+ years of experience as a SME in at least one SAP module or similar (IM/WM, QM, S&D, Production, Plant Maintenance, Material Master Data, MDG, System Access, or related).
