We are seeking an experienced Director, Medicare Product Development & Bids to report directly to the Chief Financial Officer. This role is responsible for leading the development, management, and submission of Medicare-related bids and proposals, as well as overseeing the management of Medicare products. You will ensure compliance with Medicare regulations, deliver competitive proposals, and ensure that products align with market demands.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the development, submission, and management of Medicare bids and proposals.
• Oversee the strategy and management of Medicare products, ensuring market alignment and regulatory compliance.
• Monitor Medicare policies and market trends to maintain competitive offerings.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of bids and products.
• Communicate bid and product updates to senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Track performance to inform future strategy and improvements
Salary Range: $112,900-$256,900/annually
Job Qualifications

We're seeking a dynamic leader with:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Health Administration, Public Health, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
• Advanced degrees (MBA, MHA) or certifications (e.g., CPC, APMP) are a plus.
• 3-5 years in a similar role managing Medicare bids or product lines within a health insurance company, managed care organization, or Medicare Advantage provider.
• Deep understanding of CMS regulations, Medicare Advantage, Prescription Drug Plans (PDP), Medicare programs, pricing strategy, financial modeling, and regulatory compliance.
• Experience with bidding tools or Medicare management platforms is a plus.
• In-depth understanding of CMS regulations, Medicare Advantage, Prescription Drug Plans (PDP), and other Medicare programs and their compliance requirements
• Strong project management skills to oversee multiple Medicare bid processes and product initiatives concurrently, ensuring deadlines and regulatory requirements are met.
