Join us as a Creative Services Team Lead (Krakow)

Brown Brothers Harriman is currently recruiting a Creative Services Team Lead to join our Marketing team.  In this role you will be responsible for the daily management of the Krakow CS team and oversight of key projects and initiatives for self and team. This will include the evolution and application of the BBH brand and visual system. Working directly with marketing and business stakeholders and external vendors to define project scope, requirements and manage a portfolio of deliverables and projects.  You will work closely with the Art Director to improve the CS workflow, processes, brand and design for the firm. The Team Lead will be one of the ‘go-to’ persons in Creative Services for the business, marketing professionals, and leaders needing strategic design support. This is an impactful leadership role that is focused on client customization for impact and engagement, and the ability to work across multiple business and marketing stakeholders to produce multiple options and iterations within the required timeframe, to deliver on and balance multiple projects at once, learn from the results of our output, and to make educated judgment calls when faced with a need to evolve the brand standards.

Some of your key responsibilities include:  

  • The Team Lead will manage a focused team of designers in the Krakow market, working very closely with the overall global Creative Services function.

  • Maintain visual consistency across business lines through application/interpretation of the BBH Brand Style guide and/or BBH visual System

  • Ensure the team adheres to the design process and ensure the overall output of the team is consistent with high standards set for the BBH brand

  • Help manage reputation risk, technical accuracy and accessibility in every final design produced

  • Actively manage the portfolio of CS projects and requests through our workflow (Monday.com) platform

  • Build relationships with BBH senior leaders across marketing, internal communications and business areas

  • Manage personal project workload by meeting all deadlines and following CS protocols

  • Maintain close communication with Art Director and overall marketing team

  • Enhance BBH’s stable of templates and creative assets, ensuring we get better with every project we do

Desired Qualifications:

  • BA or Equivalent in Design related course of study

  • Has 10+ years of experience, in the corporate world is a plus

  • He/she will be a motivator and team-player and an agile and creative collaborator with the business to help the business achieve their goals and win in the market. 

  • Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel), Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite required with Strong InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator ability

  • Ability to perform the technical responsibilities of the job with a high-level of competence

  • Ability to perform long-range tasks while experiencing short-term interruptions

  • Ability to work creatively in both a team environment and independently

  • Willing to give direction and manage and develop a highly creative CS design staff

  • High-level of critical thinking and problem-solving skills
