Senior Program Manager - JLL
What this job involves - The Senior Program Manager will support the accounts Facilities Management Organization by managing existing contracted FM based programs as well as identifying scopes in the FM Teams current day to day operations that should be managed programmatically. They will own the end-to-end processes for each program including development, documentation, field implementation, work order completion, and data analytics. The Senior Program Manager will be responsible for a team of Program Managers to assist in program implementation and oversite.
What your day-to-day will look like:
- Support annual inspection program including scope development, site prioritization, data processing, and Business Intelligence reporting to identify O&M and Capital improvement requirements.
- Develop and manage processes for all Facility Manager activities including furniture repair/upgrades and marketing/signage improvements.
- Lead IFM Learning & Development program with monthly lunch 'n learn trainings, Office Hours support, and ad hoc process development and communications for FM Team needs.
- Maintain robust documentation standards including playbooks, operating procedures, and training materials to ensure team adherence to account expectations.
- Ensure communication best practices through biweekly IFM newsletters, information deliverables, IFM Extranet/SharePoint maintenance, and FM Playbook updates aligned with JLL brand standards.
- Strengthen new hire onboarding by building comprehensive program to support retention and streamline experience.
- Build Corrigo CMMS Governance framework to improve SLA gaps through reporting, accountability checks, benchmarking, and work order metrics coaching to positively influence KPIs.
- Own IFM initiatives in Jira from design through implementation, coordinating stakeholder approval and testing throughout all phases with Account Operations.
- Oversee project documentation and asset handoff program ensuring delivery of equipment operations information, warranties, and asset data from project work at managed facilities.
- Perform effectiveness reviews on all managed programs, drive continuous improvement and innovation, and provide general support for account data gathering and custom reporting needs.
Required Qualifications:
4+ years of experience in Facilities Management Operations coordinating across multiple facilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Design excellence in PowerPoint and skilled with functions and pivot tables in Excel
Interest and excellence in organization, process mapping and public speaking/training
Experience developing practices and procedures and Preventive Maintenance programs for Facilities Management teams
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with managing teams including managers, supplier management, problem solving, and client/ customer relations
Experience using Corrigo CMMS system
Experience with Jira and Business Intelligence tools like JLL Tracker, Azara, Power BI
Location: Remote (must be based in North America) + up to 10% domestic travel

Estimated compensation for this position:
90,000.00 – 115,000.00 USD per yearThis range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
