As we execute one of the most significant transformation programs in our history, we are seeking a Director, SAP S/4 Transformation Program to oversee the successful implementation of SAP S/4HANA across our global operations.

This senior leadership role is accountable for driving the execution of CMC’s SAP S/4HANA program, delivering measurable business outcomes that align with our strategic priorities: investing in our people, achieving excellence in all we do, and driving growth. Reporting to the VP & CIO, this position will ensure the program’s success by fostering cross-functional collaboration, ensuring disciplined execution, and driving operational transformation.

What You'll Do

• Oversee the end-to-end execution of the SAP S/4HANA transformation program, ensuring it is delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with business goals.
• Direct all aspects of program planning, resource allocation, risk management, and systems integration.
• Ensure program milestones are achieved by proactively identifying and addressing risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Deliver transformational outcomes by integrating SAP S/4 capabilities into business functions to modernize and optimize processes.
• Serve as the primary point of accountability for program outcomes, collaborating with business and IT stakeholders to align program deliverables with organizational objectives.
• Partner with third-party system integrators and other external partners to execute program tasks and meet milestones.
• Provide clear and concise communication on program status, risks, and value realization to leadership, sponsors, and stakeholders at all levels.
• Drive business process improvements by leveraging SAP S/4’s advanced capabilities to support operational excellence and growth.
• Champion ERP modernization, automation, and technology enablement as key enablers of organizational transformation.
• Establish a culture of accountability, ownership, and trust to align teams on the program’s vision and objectives.
• Build and lead a high-performing program team, including internal resources and external partners, to deliver exceptional results.
• Mentor and develop team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
• Balance strategic oversight with hands-on involvement in program-level details to resolve challenges and maintain momentum.

What You'll Need

• Proven leadership experience in managing and delivering large-scale SAP S/4HANA or ERP transformation programs.
• 10+ years of program management experience in large, global organizations, with expertise in SAP/ERP implementations.
• Deep knowledge of SAP functional areas such as finance, sales, order management, procurement, and planning.
