Your Career

As a Senior Product Manager  your primary responsibility is to conceptualize, develop, and oversee the implementation of features and functionalities that enhance the visibility and monitoring capabilities of our cloud security and firewall products. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer support to drive the product roadmap and ensure the successful delivery of solutions that meet customer needs and market demands.

Your Impact

• Product Strategy - Develop and maintain a comprehensive product strategy for enhancing visibility and monitoring in cloud security and firewall products - Define short-term and long-term goals aligned with business objectives and market trends
• Requirement Gathering - Collaborate with customers, sales teams, and internal stakeholders to gather requirements for new features and enhancements - Clearly define user stories, acceptance criteria, and success metrics to guide development efforts
• Roadmap Development - Create and manage the product roadmap, outlining key features, enhancements, and initiatives related to visibility and monitoring capabilities - Prioritize features based on customer feedback, market trends, and business priorities
• Product Development - Work closely with engineering teams to translate product requirements into actionable development plans - Provide clear direction and guidance throughout the development lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality features
• User Experience - Partner with design teams to create intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for visibility and monitoring features - Advocate for best practices in user experience design to enhance product usability and adoption
• Customer Feedback - Act as the voice of the customer within the organization, gathering feedback and insights to continuously improve product offerings - Monitor customer satisfaction metrics and prioritize initiatives to address customer pain points
• Performance Tracking - Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track the success of visibility and monitoring features - Analyze data and performance metrics to identify areas for optimization and improvement
• Market Analysis - Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify customer needs, industry trends, and competitive offerings - Use insights gathered to inform product development priorities and strategies

Qualifications

Your Experience

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field - Master's degree or MBA preferred or equivalent military experience required
• Proven experience (5+ years) in product management roles, with a focus on cloud security, networking, cloud management or related technologies
• Strong understanding of cloud computing principles and architectures, with expertise in cloud security and firewall solutions
• Prior experience in building SaaS products with the use of AI/ML in driving IT operational efficiency is highly desired
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and influence stakeholders at all levels
• Analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear product requirements and strategies
