- Data pipeline mastery: Your expertise in developing and maintaining ETL/ELT workflows that clean, merge and transform data for high-performance analytics and machine learning applications
- Cloud-based efficiency: Your experience using cloud ecosystems, including AWS services (e.g., S3, Glue, Redshift, Lambda) and Snowflake, to store, process and expose data efficiently across internal and external products
- AI/ML enablement: Your proven track record of constructing feature stores, ML pipelines and data workflows that accelerate machine learning adoption and AI-driven insights
- Enterprise-grade data governance: Your experience ensuring data security, segregation and compliance while maintaining accessibility and self-service capabilities for internal teams and external clients

- Build and maintain a modern, secure and robust data platform that empowers product and business teams to discover and use high-quality data with minimal friction
- Guide technical direction for the data platform — preventing obsolescence and delivering innovative solutions for current and prospective customers, both internally and externally
- Establish the architectural direction while coding, problem-solving and mentoring data engineers
- Lead collaboration among engineering, product and design teams to translate business goals into scalable data solutions
- Maintain cutting-edge technical expertise and build a culture of learning among data engineers
