Job Description

This position is responsible for providing assistance to Ent members and employees related to Ent card/ATM/ITM products and services. The position is responsible for all aspects of ATM/ITM Card Services responsibilities to include; ATM/ITM deposits/corrections, card-holder/ATM disputes, network daily settlements, GL reconciliation and research. The expectation is to ensure these products are providing the anticipated service to members without error or disruption.

Essential Functions

• Dispute Processing to include Research on ATM/ITM Cash Check Outages and Shared Branch Support of Ent's Credit Card Product Card Settlements, Reconciliation of Exceptions and Adjustments ATM/ITM Balancing General Ledger Research Card Management including card orders and plastic inventory
• Support to Ent Service Centers, Internal Departments and 3rd Party Vendors
• Assist with Staff Training
• Testing Core Release, EBO Projects and Enhancements
• Provide Support for Procedural Updates
• Provide support for all positions within Payment Operations
• Bank Secrecy Act: Remains cognizant of and adheres to Ent policies and procedures, and regulations pertaining to the Bank Secrecy Act.

Qualifications

Minimum Formal Qualifications for Level I:

• High School Diploma/G.E.D.
• 1+ years' financial institution or similar experience
• 1+ years' ATM/ITM Card Processing, Network processing and image center research knowledge, general ledger processing and research Prefered

Minimum Formal Qualifications for Level II:

• High School Diploma/G.E.D.
• 2+ years' financial institution or similar experience
• 1+ years' ATM/ITM Card Processing, Network processing and image center research knowledge, general ledger processing and research Prefered

Each year of relevant work experience may be exchanged for a year in a relevant degree program or vice versa. For example, a requirement of a bachelor's degree in accounting and 2+ years of account experience could be substituted for a high school diploma and 6 years of relevant accounting work experience or a master's degree in accounting and 0 years of work experience.


Technical or Specialized Knowledge/Skills:

• Understanding of card association, card processor, shared branch processor, VISA regulations and card networks, including card transaction data processing knowledge
• Knowledge of debit and credit transactions that affect member accounts and the general ledger
• Attention to detail and accuracy of all transactions is of critical importance
• Broad Knowledge of ATM Settlement and Audit Functionality
• Ability to retain knowledge in multiple departmental tasks and perform proficiently in all areas
• Problem solving and analysis skills
• Communication and member service skills
• Knowledge of Symitar
• Comprehensive check handling expertise
• 10-Key calculator/entry experience required
• Knowledge with Image Center
• Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite of products (Word/Excel/Outlook)
