What you’ll do
- Support a construction project manager I or II by managing core project deliverables in terms of time, partnerships and quality
- Assist in the planning and implementation of construction project schedules & budgets
- Assist in the management of consultants, general contractors, sub-contractors and vendors
- Review and process general contractor pay applications for contract conformance on multiple projects
- Review and manage the flow of submittals pertaining to Owner furnished items
- Coordinate onsite sequencing and construction scheduling of utility companies
- Coordinate onsite sequencing and installation of Owner furnished equipment and facility turnover to operations
- Conduct administrative duties, such as setting up meetings, site visits and job walks
- Coordinate onsite due diligence activities
What we’re looking for
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Relevant Work Experience: 3-5 years
- Construction project management
- Experience with Commercial Real Estate, Retail, Hospitality, F&B

Compensation:
- 75k Base Salary
- Corporate Bonus Eligible
- Equity in the form of LTIP's
