You will assist adults with disabilities in developing the skills necessary for greater independence in residential or community settings. You’ll oversee a caseload of individuals and provide ongoing support, both in their homes and in the community. What You’ll Do:

You will assist adults with disabilities in developing the skills necessary for greater independence in residential or community settings. You’ll oversee a caseload of individuals and provide ongoing support, both in their homes and in the community. What You’ll Do:
- Daily Living Support: Help with cooking, cleaning, and transportation to appointments.
- Skill Development: Work with individuals to achieve their personalized goals based on their abilities and preferences.
- Case Management: work on individualized goals, work with Psycho Educational Services to work on symptom management and recreation/community-based opportunities.
- Community Engagement: Encourage participation in activities like sports, movies, shopping, crafts, walking in the park, and other enjoyable experiences. Creativity is welcome to make each day meaningful!
- Promote Independence: Provide training and opportunities to enhance their independence within integrated community settings.
- MUST have a high school diploma or equivalent.
- MUST have a valid driver's license.
- No experience needed!
- This is a more independent role – requires someone who takes initiative and enjoys working and building relationships
