We are looking for a  Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to add to our team! All you need is degree from an accredited school of nursing with a current license to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse in the State of Kansas. Must be licensed and/or certified in the field of specialty in the State of Kansas. Must be at least 21 years of age and must possess a valid driver’s license. We will teach you the rest! 

A Day in The Life as a Licensed Practical Nurse

At Pathways, our Licensed Practical Nurse provides direct physical and emotional support. The Nursing staff takes medication orders and supervises the dispensing of medications, charting, and medical record keeping while assessing medical health concerns.  They will also participate in performing nursing assessments to identify the strengths and nursing care needs of patients/clients.  Nursing staff acts as a consultant with direct care staff and doctors in assisting with injuries and accidents. and advocates, promotes, and practices cultural sensitivity and responsiveness in all day-to-day interactions.
