PACCAR WINCH Inc is a wholly owned subsidiary of PACCAR. PACCAR Winch Inc manufactures high quality industrial winches, hoists, and drives for the oil/gas, construction, utility and other specialty markets. We have locations in Broken Arrow and Okmulgee, Oklahoma. PACCAR WINCH is seeking an experienced Senior Sales Manager to remotely cover the Western United States with potential for additional responsibilities. Preferably the Sales Manager will have experience in the winch, hoist, and hydraulic marketplace. Direct experience in military, fishing, forestry, and mining is a plus. This position will be a remote office position and can be based anywhere in the United States.

Summary:
The Senior Sales Manager position requires the ability to work closely with all internal PACCAR Winch Departments to implement and coordinate increased sales. This involves marketing and other Dealer/Distributor programs, policy development, and furthermore possess the ability to work with specific organizations within an assigned geographic area.
Essential Functions / Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain customer accounts to meet or exceed sales objectives for specific areas of responsibility and product offerings.
- Investigate, forecast, and pursue market potential for current and proposed products, analyzing economic trending, competitive opportunities, and report on current market data.
- Visits assigned Dealers/OEM’s to provide assistance in sales, training, and Dealer/Distributor development to promote the Division's overall sales and marketing program.
- Assists in evaluating the need for expansion of existing dealers/distributors, as well as developing potential new Dealer/Distributors candidates.
- Identifies and develops new and improved product applications within and outside of the assigned territory or region of responsibility.
- Interfaces with account engineers, service, and quality divisions to assist in design and integration of new and existing products.
- Contacts major accounts directly in assigned territory and provides assistance in product development and training.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing or a related field of study.
