As a Fullstack Software Engineer in our Core Services team, you’ll design, build, and optimize the core systems and management platforms that power the Instabase platform.</p> <p>This is a high-impact role for a “Product-minded Engineer.” In our Core Services team, we treat our platform as a product. Because we operate with a lean team, you will have end-to-end ownership: from writing Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) and building the high-performance backend services and scalable infrastructure that support them.</p> <p><strong>What you’ll do:</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong> Full Stack Development:</strong> You will function as a product-minded engineer for our internal platform. This involves architecting secure infrastructure (Kubernetes, Docker) and backend services (Go, Python, PostgresDB), while also building the frontend interfaces (React, TS) to support features.</li> <li><strong> Developer Experience:</strong> Create the internal platforms and dashboards that improve developer velocity, reliability, and observability across the entire organization.</li> <li><strong> Technical Leadership:</strong> Act as a technical leader who mentors junior engineers, contributes to the entire infrastructure codebase, and identifies root causes
