Holistic cybersecurity solutions in the automotive sector are offered via the ESCRYPT brand.</p><p> </p><p><strong>ETAS GmbH</strong> is looking forward to your application!</p><h3>Job Description</h3><ul><li>You will be responsible for the definition of the features and capabilities our SDV.Edge product offering.</li><li>As a product manager, you will work at the <strong>intersection of business and technology </strong>in a cross-functional, cross-organizational team with colleagues from engineering, sales, UX, and marketing.</li><li>You will collect and analyze <strong>customer needs </strong>and break down highly complex problems to simple solutions that also <strong>fit the strategy </strong>of both us and our customers.</li><li>You will <strong>scout market trends</strong> and align with stakeholders from ETAS and Bosch divisions to create a market-driven and <strong>future-oriented portfolio</strong>.</li><li>You will drive the creation of <strong>prototypes and MVPs </strong>with engineering and validate <strong>product-market-fit and business models </strong>with our customers in sales meetings or at exhibitions like CES.</li><li>You will create business models, develop corresponding roadmaps, pricing models or marketing campaigns and support the launch of the product.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Ideally automotive standards like AUTOSAR and automotive software development</li><li>Basic hands-on expericence in a programming language, hands-on experience in software architecture and a technical understanding of POSIX systems</li><li>The Lean Product Management, the business model canvas, and modern product management</li><li>UX and leading customer interviews</li><li>Experience in successfully launching an automotive product</li><li>Experience in influencing stakeholders from different areas and backgrounds without direct authority</li><li>Master’s degree or similar experience level in technology or business-related field</li><li>5 years of business oriented product management experience, such as creating strategic product roadmaps or creating a product in a large-scale corporation or startup environment</li></ul><h3>Additional Information</h3><p>The position is also available at the Berlin and Hildesheim locations.</p><p>You want to work remotely or part-time - we offer great opportunities for mobile working as well as different part-time models.
