The Customer Data & Analytics Lead will drive customer centricity across AGCO’s global customer data & analytics through highly impactful, innovative visualizations of Customer Experience (CX) data and metrics.
What You Will Do
- You define and own the global customer master data strategy in conjunction with our global AGCO team for Corporate Analytics
- You develop a highly impactful, innovative way to visualize CX data and metrics in all AGCO sites easily understood by all levels – including CEO and execute management CX analytics requirements
- You determine data acquisition strategy and drives a compliant approach by region
- You determine together with the brands how data is shared across brands for marketing purposes in a region
- You drive data processing efficiency improvement through automation and capability of data stewards with increased productivity
- You work across the P&L teams, IT and other business functions and build a set of data and analytics requirements from internal and external partners, such as dealers and analytics providers to yield improved CX and business growth
- You build a sound communication approach of use case outcomes to spread the potential for benefits to be achieved globally
What You Will Bring
- Master degree related to fields of information systems, business statistics, applied mathematics or computer science
- Very Strong leadership skills
- Robust system background; SAP, Tableau
- Understanding and/or proficiency in two or more languages/programs: Python and/or R, SQL (Preferred)
- Strong understanding of data science principles
- High affinity to digital solutions and analytics
