We work with members throughout Wisconsin to find providers that fit each of their needs. Our goal is to help individuals be in more control of their own supports and to have a say in who is assisting them. This helps them to stay in their own homes as long as possible. Do you love helping people? Do you love working with youth and families? Are you compassionate, reliable and have great communication skills? Are you honest, trustworthy, patient and a good role model? If you answered yes to the above, we would love to hear from you! Personal care worker in Elk Mound or surrounding area! Member is a male young adult.  Benefits: You will be working for a family that is very appreciative of what you do! You would be helping a family live their best life!   Hours/Desired Schedule:   • 6 hours a week Pay: $14.13
Location: In the community, providers home
Member Likes  • Going shopping • Watching movies • Playing games • Going out for walks
Tasks • Help member with housekeeping • Going out into the community together  • Transportation to appointments  • Meal Prep • Medication reminders • Cueing for tasks

Preferred Qualifications:   ○ Patient & Thoughtful in Speech and communication ○ Active and outgoing personality
