We’re looking for a talented and self-motivated Content Creator to produce high-quality short- and long-form video content across platforms like TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook, as well as internal training channels. This position offers creative ownership of the entire production process—including ideation, scripting, filming, editing, and post-production.
You’ll work independently and cross-functionally to develop content that aligns with our brand strategy and drives audience engagement. If you're passionate about visual storytelling, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and love pets (especially dogs and cats!), we’d love to hear from you.
What You'll Do:
- Lead the development of high-quality, original short- and long-form video content tailored to TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook, and YouTube, with full creative control from concept to final delivery.
- Exercise independent judgment in conceptualizing and producing internal educational and explainer videos that support product marketing, sales enablement, and training goals.
- Create visually engaging and on-brand multimedia assets to support paid media campaigns; deliver creative variants and test different concepts using performance data and channel objectives.
- Develop and script unique content concepts and visual storyboards that align with marketing briefs while contributing original creative direction and voice to each project.
- Oversee the full production process: setting up lighting and audio, operating cameras or mobile equipment, directing talent, editing footage, applying color correction, and integrating motion graphics and sound design.
- Use performance data and platform trends to make informed creative choices; iterate and A/B test different content formats, hooks, and calls-to-action to optimize effectiveness.
- Independently maintain and manage a content asset library, versioning, and file metadata to support cross-functional distribution and reuse.
- Collaborate with internal brand, content, and social strategy teams to ensure that content meets brand standards and strategic goals, while retaining creative authorship.
- Stay ahead of trends in digital video storytelling, editing techniques, and platform algorithm changes; propose experimental content to grow reach and audience engagement.
Key Success Metrics (KPIs):
Success in this role will be measured by the following key performance indicators:
- Increased video engagement (watch time, interaction rates) across core platforms.
- Growth in organic reach and social share-of-voice.
- Positive sentiment from online communities and brand followers.

Requirements

- Advanced video editing proficiency (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, CapCut, etc.) and experience using motion graphics or animation templates (After Effects preferred).
- Strong command of vertical short-form content strategy, including best practices for TikTok, Reels, and YouTube Shorts (e.g., hooks, pacing, storytelling, sound design).
- Skilled in camera, lighting, and sound setup for solo and collaborative shoots.
- Ability to write scripts and/or voice-over dialogue for creative pieces; comfortable directing and coaching on-camera talent.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple proje
