Capgemini I&D is looking for a Data Analyst with a strong background in life sciences for their Boston location.
Your Role
- Interpreting data, analyzing results using code and statistical techniques.
- Developing and implementing data analyses, data collection systems, and strategies to optimize statistical efficiency and quality.
- Analyzing data from various sources, maintaining databases, and ensuring data integrity.
- Providing quality assurance of imported data and coordinating with stakeholders to address data discrepancies.
- Handling confidential data according to guidelines and commissioning/decommissioning data sets.
- Developing reports, managing the reporting environment, and generating reports from multiple systems.
- Supporting the data warehouse, troubleshooting the reporting database, and evaluating changes to source production systems.
- Training end users on new reports and dashboards.
- Providing expertise on data storage structures, data mining, and data cleansing.
Your skills and experience
- Strong ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate information with attention to detail.
- Experience with Oracle, PL/SQL, PostgreSQL, MySQL, Python, Power BI, SQL Developer, Visual Studio, and Qlik.
- Understanding of Entity-Relationship models, ability to write complex SQL queries, and familiarity with different data formats.
- Minimum of 2 years in technical data analysis, data science, or data warehousing with proven business analysis experience.
- Strong interpersonal, teamwork, and communication skills.
