Sr. Credit & Collections Analyst

Job Summary:

• Assist in collection of past due accounts
• Assist in various AR administrative tasks
• Reviewing and releasing Spares sales orders
• Reviewing and analyzing AR reports
• Collection of MRO business

Principal Duties:

• Assist Corporate Credit Manager and Supervisor with collection of past due accounts on all DFJ locations.
• Assist in cleaning up customer disputes and AR aging
• Review and release sales orders on credit hold
• Work with other departments to resolve customer collection issues
• Perform administrative tasks and other ad hoc projects as requested by management

Minimum Qualifications:

• Five (5) years of experience in Credit & Collections experience
• Bachelor's degree in accounting or equivalent experience
• SAP experience
• Proficient in Excel & Word
• Strong verbal and written communication skills

 

Additional Desired Qualifications:

• Work Independently
• Knowledge of Corridor Systems
• Aviation Industry experience
