About the project 
 
As a Staff .NET C#/Java Engineer, you will collaborate closely with product, design, and engineering leadership to define the technical direction of our platforms, ensuring they are resilient, performant, and ready to support mission-critical solutions for a global customer base. 
 
How you'll contribute 
 
✅ Lead by example in helping set the technical direction for backend/frontend initiatives, ensuring scalable, secure, and performant systems. 
✅ Design and build event-driven architectures leveraging AWS services, Kafka, and modern data pipelines to power next-generation experiences. 
✅ Develop production-grade applications across the stack (Node.js, C#/.NET, NoSQL databases, AWS) with a strong emphasis on backend systems and integrations. 
✅ Collaborate across disciplines with product managers, designers, and other engineering teams to deliver seamless, intuitive, and resilient customer experiences. 
✅ Mentor and guide engineers, fostering growth, technical excellence, and a culture of continuous improvement. 
✅ Integrate third-party services and emerging AI technologies, ensuring interoperability and innovation within our platform.
