Job Title: Bilingual Team Lead

Our retail store seeks a highly motivated and experienced Bilingual Team Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent selling skills, retail management experience, and fluent in English and Spanish. As a Bilingual Team Lead, you will lead a team of sales associates, drive sales, and ensure exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

- Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service

- Utilize excellent selling skills to drive sales and meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets

- Manage inventory and ensure products are stocked and displayed properly

- Train and develop sales associates to improve their selling skills and product knowledge

- Communicate effectively with customers and team members in both English and Spanish

- Maintain a clean and organized store environment

- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner

Requirements:

- Bilingual in English and Spanish with excellent communication skills

- Proven retail management experience

- Strong selling skills and ability to meet sales targets

- Ability to lead and motivate a team

- Open availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively

- Strong organizational and time management skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Requirements

EDUCATION and/ or EXPERIENCE:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven leadership skills.
• Demonstrated ability to meet/ exceed sales quotas.

SALARY/ BENEFITS:

• Base Salary Range $13.00 hourly
• Base + Commission (Hourly Pay and Commission Paid Weekly)
• Daily and monthly sales bonus eligible 
• Medical, Dental, Vision & Supplemental Insurance Benefits eligible after 60 days
