Syngenta Seeds is headquartered in the United States.</p><h3>Job Description</h3><p><strong>Role purpose:</strong></p><p>The purpose of the Breeder assistant is to assist scientifically Regional Corn Germplasm Development Leads in their roles to create superior products by implementing innovative breeding Methods. This role is dedicated to plan and coordinate breeding activities cross region/territories, supporting material selection for advancement by contributing to Inbred and hybrid Phenotyping, data analysis, implementing marker and predictive breeding technology.</p><p><strong>Accountabilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Plan and design experiments, develop data summaries, interpret results, and make appropriate conclusions and recommendations</li><li>Prepare technical reports or data summaries.
