Position Details:

• Reporting to: Chief Executive Officer
• Schedule: Full-time, with up to 50% travel to project sites nationwide.
• Location: Flexible, with travel required. The corporate office is based in Pompano Beach, FL.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Facility Expansion:

• Lead and oversee the planning, design, and execution of new facility openings, ensuring compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations.
• Collaborate with corporate executive team, compliance, legal counsel, procurement, payer contracting, healthcare operations, real estate, and external contractors to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Coordinate site selection, timelines, financial pro formas, and readiness of new facilities, ensuring seamless integration with existing operations and alignment with corporate strategy.
• Proactively identify and mitigate risks related to project execution, budget constraints, or resource availability.

Special Projects:

• Manage cross-functional projects that support Banyan’s strategic initiatives, including program development, operational efficiency improvements, and technology implementations.
• Facilitate communication between departments, ensuring alignment on project objectives and deliverables.
• Prepare detailed project plans, including milestones, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.

Stakeholder Management:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for project-related communications with senior leadership, department heads, and external partners.
• Regularly update leadership on project status, progress, and challenges, proposing solutions to keep projects on track.

Leadership & Process Improvement:

• Foster a culture of accountability and excellence within project teams, ensuring alignment with Banyan’s mission and values.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance project efficiency and outcomes.
