Senior Product Manager, Relay Mobile

This is an opportunity to be part of the team that has built the industry leading Amazon Relay app with 4.7 iOS ratings from 56K users. You will build impactful products that will move the needle on driver/carrier experience, safety, and delivery performance. You will regularly interact with executive leadership and work with business and development teams to define the product strategy, create the product development road map, and lead technology architecture and execution. You’ll work in a fast-paced environment and will be required to lead not only at the strategic level, but also tactically day-to-day by diving deep into business and technical domains. As a multi-discipline leader, the buck will stop with you - you will work alongside the engineering (dev and QA) organization. You are expected to have an established background in product development, data extraction analysis & presentation, excellent program management skills, great communication skills, and a motivation to achieve results in a fast-paced environment. You should be somebody who enjoys working on complex system software, is customer-centric, and feels strongly about building good software as well as making that software achieve its operational goals. Experience with building and operating mobile applications, web-based applications and/or web services-based applications, especially at massive scale, will be very applicable and helpful. MBA or equivalent business degree preferred.

Basic Qualifications

- 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience with end to end product delivery
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience as a product manager or owner
- Experience owning technology products

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in influencing senior leadership through data driven insights
- Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders
