Transformation Program Manager Finances

Keystone Solutions is seeking a seasoned Transformation Program Manager - Finance to join our team as a consultant for a key client within their Finance & Services Division. In this consultancy role, you will report to the Senior Vice President of the Division and lead strategic change management and PMO activities, contributing significantly to digital transformation initiatives.
Role and Responsibilities:
As a Keystone Solutions consultant embedded in the client's team, you will be responsible for:
Change Management:
- Supporting the formulation and implementation of both tactical and strategic operational approaches within the Division and across related bodies.
- Ensuring the execution and operational communication of strategic decisions made by the Division.
- Developing and executing change management tactics to foster a consistent, client-oriented approach.
- Leading and structuring change management for major projects within the Finance & Services strategy, guiding deployment and ensuring adherence to best practices.
- Acting as an ambassador of change management, overseeing the implementation and on-the-ground follow-up of initiatives.
PMO Management:
- Managing, evaluating, and overseeing the Divisions project portfolio.
- Assessing project opportunities and dependencies, coordinating resource allocation, and tracking project variances against plans.
- Participating in regular updates and status publications for Division projects.
- Enforcing PMO methodologies and recommending project improvements and performance indicators (KPIs).
Language Requirements:
- Fluency in French or Dutch (excellent)
- Proficiency in the second language (good level)
- English at a professional working level
Additional Details:
- This consultancy mission may be extended up to a maximum of 880 working days.
- On-site presence is required 2-3 times per week.
Skills and Expertise Required:
- Advanced knowledge in budget management, business relation management, change management, Confluence, Jira, and supplier relationship management.
- Expert-level capabilities in project and program management, analysis, synthesis, MS Office, people management, and financial strategy.
- Strong experience with SAP R3/S4 and digital strategies.
- Proficiency with tools such as MS Project, MS Teams, SharePoint, and Service Now.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Demonstrated success in managing programs with a budget exceeding 50 million.
- Experience with SAP RISE migration and AMS (Application Management Services) outsourcing.
- Background in leading strategic transformation plans and managing finance departments.
- A Master's degree in IT, Industrial/Civil Engineering, or Business Management with a solid IT foundation.
