Open Positions:

🦷 General Dental Assistant

Provide chairside support, take X-rays, sterilize instruments, and help create a comfortable experience for patients of all ages.

🦷 Lead Dental Assistant

Oversee daily clinical operations, mentor assistants, and help keep the practice running smoothly.

🦷 Pediatric Dental Assistant

Deliver gentle, fun, and compassionate care to our youngest patients in a kid-friendly environment.

🦷 Pediatric Lead Dental Assistant

Lead the pediatric team, support staff development, and ensure a positive experience for children and families.

🦷 Hygiene Assistant

Support hygienists with room prep, patient care, sterilization, and efficient scheduling.

🦷 Orthodontic Dental Assistant

Assist with braces, Invisalign, and orthodontic procedures.
🚗 Travel Required between offices
💵 Mileage reimbursed at the Nevada daily mileage rate (paid via paycheck)

Key Responsibilities

✔️ Assist with procedures (fillings, extractions, root canals, etc.)
✔️ Prepare treatment rooms & sterilize instruments
✔️ Take and develop dental X-rays
✔️ Educate patients on oral hygiene & post-op care
✔️ Maintain accurate charting & patient records
✔️ Manage inventory & supplies
✔️ Ensure compliance with HIPAA & OSHA standards
✔️ Provide compassionate chairside support

Qualifications

✔️ Dental Assistant experience preferred
✔️ Knowledge of dental terminology & procedures
✔️ Strong communication & multitasking skills
✔️ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
✔️ CPR Certification (or willingness to obtain)
✔️ Bilingual Spanish/English a plus
