The Workforce Experience Platform Solution Program Manager plays a critical role in driving the adoption of HP Workforce Experience Platform (WXP) and digital services both externally—by supporting sales, customers, and partners—and internally, by equipping technical communities and aligning product teams with market feedback.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Enablement & Sales Support
- Act as the go-to expert for HP WXP and digital service solutions.
- Collaborate with sales teams and TCs to support strategic deals and customer conversations.
- Support pre-sales activities, including product demos, responding to RFIs, and addressing technical inquiries when needed
Sales Enablement & Technical Training
- Develop and deliver training programs to upskill TCs and sales teams, ensuring effective pre-sales engagement.
- Support the creation and refinement of sales enablement tools, best practices, and strategic positioning assets.
Customer & Partner Engagement
- Present WXP solutions to enterprise customers, channel partners, C-suite executives, and IT decision-makers (ITDMs), tailoring discussions to their specific needs and priorities.
- Provide expert consultation and guidance to drive adoption and sales across diverse customer environments.
Additionally, act as a liaison between regional markets and the global product team, ensuring that customer feedback is effectively shared to inform product refinements. Help build technical knowledge across the internal community, equipping TCs with the insights needed for effective Pre-sales activities
Education and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, product management, technical sales or a related field (MBA preferred) or relevant experience
- 8+ years of experience in technology advocacy, market engagement, SaaS product management, or related roles within the technology sector.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical audiences.
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with technical communities, industry analysts, and key stakeholders.
- Experience in content creation, training, and educational initiatives.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Collaborative approach, with experience working with cross-functional teams, including product development, sales, and marketing.
- Passion for technology and a commitment to driving product adoption and engagement.
The base pay range for this role is $146,650 to $225,850 annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to US candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
