At Salesloft, our Director of FP&A will be instrumental in our company’s success.  You will be a key member of our high-performing Finance team comprised of approximately 20 members across FP&A, Accounting, Billing, Collections, and Deal Desk. This role reports directly to Salesloft’s CFO and will provide an opportunity to work closely on Company strategic initiatives.   

In addition to working with amazing colleagues who exemplify our ‘team over self’ core value, you will also lead company wide annual budgeting, operational forecasting, and long range planning processes. This team performs in-depth financial analysis of revenue, expenses, and other financial and operating metrics that impact Salesloft, develops content to support Board meetings and communications, and supports our efforts around fundraising and investor relations. WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

At Salesloft, our Associate Revenue Marketing Manager, North America will be pivotal to our company’s success. You will be a key member of our fast-growing and high-performing North American Revenue Marketing team, providing essential support across our Account-Based Marketing (ABM), Field Marketing, and Global Events channels and activations. 

On a day-to-day basis, you will be responsible for supporting demand generation efforts across the region to drive pipeline and revenue. Specifically, you will:

Account-Based Marketing (ABM) 

  • Assist the ABM lead in the execution of targeted marketing programs for key accounts.
  • Conduct research to support account planning and identify relevant content resources.
  • Help manage and organize ABM assets and materials.
  • Help with tracking of ABM campaign activities.
  • Assist with the maintenance of target lists in the ABM platform.

Field Marketing

  • Provide logistical support for virtual and regional in-person events.
  • Assist the Field Marketing lead with event planning, venue coordination, and speaker management.
  • Help manage event registration processes and attendee communications.
  • Support post-event follow-up activities.

Global Events 

  • Support the Global Events lead in the planning of Salesloft’s participation in industry conferences and our hosted roadshow series, Saleslove On Tour. 
  • Assist with logistics, staffing, and communications.
  • Help coordinate the creation of event-specific materials and promo assets.
  • Assist with lead capture and post-event follow-up processes.

General Marketing Support

  • Provide general administrative and project management support to the North American Revenue Marketing team.
  • Identify ways to leverage AI to drive team efficiencies. 
  • Support the team with ad-hoc projects and tasks as needed.
  • Stay up-to-date on marketing best practices and industry trends.

Our Salesloft Revenue Marketing team is comprised of seasoned demand generation marketers who are all aligned on one vision and mission:

The Revenue Marketing team consists of data-driven demand generation marketers across Digital, ABM, Field Marketing, and Events that are motivated, ambitious and passionate about supporting our pipeline and revenue goals. 

THE SKILL SET:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in a marketing role (internships and co-ops are relevant).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Forms).
  • Familiarity with CRM, marketing automation, and ABM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Marketo, 6sense) a plus.
  • Familiarity with project management tools (Monday.com) a plus. 
  • Experience supporting virtual or in-person events.
