The Difference You Make:

The Associate will play a key role in supporting the continued growth of Santander’s Consumer Credit Card Acquisition business. This position combines analytical rigor with business management discipline to help drive smarter, more effective acquisition strategies. The Associate will partner cross-functionally with marketing, branch network, analytics, digital channels, fraud, and risk teams to optimize performance and scale acquisition efforts.

  • Support the design, implementation, and optimization of customer acquisition strategies.
  • Analyze campaign performance across channels to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Partner with data and analytics teams to enhance targeting and segmentation models.
  • Execute and monitor test-and-learn initiatives to drive innovation and improve acquisition efficiency.
  • Contribute to product enhancements and go-to-market strategies by leveraging customer and channel insights.
  • Assist in building a more modern, customer-centric acquisition engine through continuous process improvements and performance measurement.

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience in: Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, Economics, or Business. - Required.

  • 5+ Years in financial services, preferably in a marketing, product, or analytics capacity. - Required
  • 5+ Years Experience building partnerships and consulting effectively with leadership. - Required.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in data tools (e.g., SQL, Excel, Tableau, etc.).
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights.
  • Experience supporting marketing or acquisition campaigns is a plus, ideally in a digital or direct mail context.

What Else You Need To Know:

The base pay range for this position is posted below and represents the annualized salary range. For hourly positions (non-exempt), the annual range is based on a 40-hour work week. The exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, training, licensure and certifications and location.

Minimum:

$73,125.00 USD

Maximum:

$117,500.00 USD
