Job Description
You will be supporting the Investments team at CapitaLand India Trust Management Pte Ltd (CLINTMPL) and report to Vice President, Investments at CLINTMPL.
Responsibilities
Carry out financial modelling and feasibility studies for Investments
Evaluate and structure real estate deals and manage the deal execution process including due diligence, structuring, negotiating, legal documentation, etc
Analyse performance at both asset level and at portfolio level
Support business development efforts for investment and development opportunities
Prepare investment proposals including cash flow and financial analysis, presentation and approval papers to REIT Investment Committee / Board etc.
Support project development management activities and coordinate closely with multi-disciplinary team (including project, finance, marketing and property managers), and external consultants.
Work closely with the local teams and asset management team to oversee business plans, budgeting, financial analysis and approvals post-acquisition
Requirements
Degree in Real Estate / Finance / Business or equivalent
Preferably with 3 – 5 years of relevant experience in real estate / investments / investment banking
Property industry knowledge and/or CFA qualification will be an added advantage
Analytical, resourceful with good communication skill
Strong in financial modeling and feasibility studies
Good English writing, Excel and PowerPoint presentation skills
Willingness to travel to India on work
