Job Overview:
The Order Fulfillment Senior Analyst will oversee and manage end-to-end order fulfillment and all solar panel delivery project activities, from demand receiving, order processing, to product availability, lead times, and delivery. The role requires close collaboration with both external customers and internal departments, ensuring seamless order fulfillment, on-time deliveries, and adherence to customer requirements. The Order Fulfillment Senior Analyst will manage 4-5 orders/projects simultaneously and provide a key point of contact for both internal teams and customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Order/Project Management:
- Manage the end-to-end fulfillment of 4-5 orders/projects, from pre-sales through post-sales operations.
- Develop and review project schedules, including production, inspection, warehousing, and deliveries.
- Manage contract requirements, client relations, and project deliverable expectations.
- Ensure successful project fulfillment, adhering to cost, time, quality, and execution guidelines according to schedules.
Customer and Internal Coordination:
- Act as the primary contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment between customer requirements and internal execution.
- Drive internal team to achieve the project objectives.
- Communicate and coordinate delivery plans with the internal team and commit to timelines with customers.
Demand and Order Processing:
- Per assignment from the management, organize the comprehensive demand review meeting and feedback to the management for decision making.
- Align with Planning on production plans, and develop the project delivery plan, to be reviewed and contracted.
- Receive, validate, and process orders from customers, ensuring all order details (price, quantity, delivery dates) are correct. Create and maintain sales orders within the ERP system.
- Verify production and shipment prerequisites in accordance with legal and financial requirements.
Delivery Tracking and Fulfillment Progress Reporting:
- Generate and maintain project fulfillment trackers and necessary reports.
- Monitor production and shipment status, ensuring timely updates and responses to customers.
- Monitor order delivery performance, ensuring KPIs set by the company are achieved.
Process Improvement:
- Evaluate current project management standards and processes and provide recommendations for improvement.
Additional Duties:
- Complete other tasks as assigned by the management.
- Assist in cross-functional initiatives to improve efficiency and processes.
Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, Operations Management, or a related field.
- 3 ~5 years of experience in order fulfillment, supply chain, or logistics management, with a strong understanding of order processing, inventory control, and distribution.
- 2+ years of supervisory or team leadership experience, overseeing fulfillment operations and coordinating with cross-functional teams (e.g., procurement, customer service, warehouse, shipping) is preferred.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong project management experience with a focus on sales operations, supply chain, or order fulfillment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and handle operational complexities.
- Strong coordination and communication skills to drive relevant teams internally to meet the commitments and customer’s expectation.
- Superior customer service skills, with a focus on understanding and addressing customer needs.
- Working knowledge of project management processes, tools, and scheduling
