In your day to day activities, you’ll work with multiple customers, as a consultant and trusted partner in Sandalwood’s areas of expertise of Injury Prevention, Systems Engineering & Systems Integration. You’ll help customers innovate, solve their current struggles and guide them with the power of Sandalwood’s deeply ingrained subject matter expertise.

Successful candidates will have the following attributes:
- Working knowledge of project management methodologies, including: scope management, schedule development & integration, risk management, stakeholder management, issue & action item management, cost management
- Experience with automotive vehicle manufacturing, major vehicle and powertrain components, and passenger vehicles
- Experience with product/vehicle, new model launches
- Experience with vehicle assembly plants and manufacturing equipment, tools, and systems
- Ability to establish priorities, work both independently and in team settings
- A professional manner with excellent organizational and communication skills
- Self-starter and a detail-oriented team player
- PMI certification (e.g. PMP ®) preferred
Requirements
- 5-10 years of experience with Manufacturing Planning for new product/model programs
- Bachelor's degree in Management, Engineering or equivalent
- Knowledge of automotive new model launch activities
- Expert level skills with MS Project – must be able to provide examples
