Requirements

Your responsibilities will include:

• Monitor and manage Delivery team capacity (Research, Strategy, Design, Development, Digital Analytics, UX Writing, Project Management) according to resources availability and project plans
• Work together with Department and Team Managers as well as Project Managers to inform projects and resources planning
• Report utilization rates at project and team level
• Manage and update Delivery Team Procedures, evangelize good practices across the Delivery Team
• Monitor and report KPIs for the Project Delivery Process
• Liaise with the Operations Team to monitor Project Delivery Process efficiency and uncover process optimization opportunities
• Manage and update accesses to tools and softwares used within the Delivery Team (Figma, Float, Notion, Jira, Ditto, Lookback etc.)
• Liaise with the New Business Team to inform new projects potential start dates based on team capacity
• Work together with Project Business Owners to assign resources to new projects
• Inform the Human Resources Team about resources needs in view of opening positions for recruitement
• Manage, plan and report freelancer utilization on projects

Our requirements

• You have several years of experience working in digital agencies within operations, delivery or traffic teams (software house, product design agency, digital marketing agencies, consulting companies…).
• You are proficient in using the following tools: Float, Notion, Jira.
• You understand the digital product design and development process and resources needed to execute such projects.
• You are detailed-oriented with strong analytical skills
• You have strong communication skills and are fluent in both Polish and English
• You have a proactive attitude, you figure things out and have a strong sense of ownership
• You have the ability to manage priorities and risks
