Production Worker

Responsibilities 

You will have the opportunity to work in any department; Corrugator, Printing, Finishing/Specialty, or Shipping and be a part of the box making process.

This position rotates between all three shifts and work overtime as needed (1st: 6am - 2pm, 2nd: 2pm - 10pm, and 3rd: 10pm - 6am)

Throughout your day as a Production Worker you might conduct quality checks, operate conveyer systems, move sheets coming off of a machine, or assist with order change overs.

Qualifications 

No experience is preferred but we would like you to have a High School Diploma or equivalent. Having good math skills, the ability to lift up to 50lbs and stand continuously throughout the shift are also what we look for.  If you enjoy going to work excited to build a long-term career, then this is the job for you.

We also like candidates that:
• Have the ability to stand at least 8 hours per day and lift up to 50 pounds
• Are punctual as consistent attendance is essential for this role
• Follow safety protocols to ensure a secure work environment.

Compensation & Benefits

As a Production worker, you'll make $25.61 per hour on day one and have access to our two health and wellness clinics. Services are completely free for all employees and their dependents!
