#12102 - Junior Verification Engineer

Qualitest is looking for a Junior Verification Engineer to work in Hercules, CA. This is an onsite position, 5 days a week.

Must Have Skills/Experience:

• 0-3 years of experience with biomedical or chemistry background.
• Proficient with systems, assays, instruments & software tests.
• Attention to detail and technical curiosity.
• Proficient with our products use and use environment and test equipment.
• Result & deliverable oriented with a project and problem-solving mindset.
• Eager to continuously learn new tools and techniques.
• Good written & verbal communication skills (international, cross-projects/functions/locations).
• Lab & project team work.

Job Overview:

Execute on Design Verification and Validation protocols and supporting activities to produce accurate objective evidence, ensure quality of product releases per projects schedule, budget and industry best practices.

Requirements

• Execute VnV protocols in adherence with schedule and report accurate & clear test results. Participate to their redaction.
• Report ALL pertinent observation made through exploratory testing with a “break it” mindset and “superuser” product expertise (incl. subsystems).
• Use various test equipment supporting system, assay, instrument & software testing activities with proficiency.
• Ensure traceable test articles and equipment configurations and make sure they are appropriate to produce results (incl. subsystems).
• Report and facilitate investigations into product quality issues. Propose acceptable workarounds for user/customers with a problem-solving mindset leveraging product use environment and conditions knowledge.
• Sustain a GxP & LSS lab environment workplace & practices to operate in a safe, representative & efficient environment (clinical, manufacturing).
• Support test execution logistics test execution logistics (Equipment, materials & data supplies) across multiple functions/locations/projects.
