Rite-Hite is advancing how customers engage with us digitally, to strengthen and scale our relationship-driven consultative sales and service model. We’re seeking a strategic leader to help shape and deliver our ecommerce and digital channel strategy across our Distribution business.
This role goes beyond traditional product management or IT ownership. It is a strategy and enterprise execution role, focused on setting direction, aligning stakeholders, and driving progress across complex, cross-functional initiatives in a B2B industrial environment.
This is a hybrid role based out of our corporate headquarters in Milwaukee, WI.
What You’ll Do
Lead the development and execution of digital commerce and channel strategy aligned with Distribution goals.
Translate strategy into a clear roadmap of initiatives, milestones, and measurable outcomes.
Define how ecommerce supports and enhances sales and service in a complex B2B model.
Partner with Sales, Service, Operations, IT, Product, and Marketing to drive alignment and execution.
Lead cross-functional workstreams through influence and collaboration.
Establish governance, KPIs, and progress tracking to support accountability and momentum.
Shape digital customer experiences across parts ordering, service requests, scheduling, invoicing, and customer portals.
Support change management and communication efforts to drive adoption across teams and customers.
What We’re Looking For
7+ years of experience, including 3+ years in strategy consulting and/or strategy roles within B2B, manufacturing, or industrial environments.
Experience building or scaling B2B ecommerce or digital commerce capabilities in complex business models, including third party platforms (Amazon Business, Grainger, etc.)
Proven ability to develop business cases and support executive-level decision-making.
Strong analytical and strategic thinking with a bias toward action.
Ability to lead initiatives without direct authority and work effectively across teams.
Hands-on, adaptable mindset with strong interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with ERP, CRM, ecommerce, and service platforms.
MBA preferred; experience working client-side after consulting a plus.
