We’re looking for an outstanding Senior Revenue Operations Analyst to own the tooling stack and processes our Sales, Customer Success, and Support teams use to win. Alongside our Salesforce administrator, you will own our GTM tooling strategy and execution. Reporting to the Head of RevOps, you will work closely with Go-to-Market leadership and Analytics to help our teams drive better customer outcomes. This role includes both setting our tooling strategy, and hands-on building workflows, tooling, and processes.

- GTM Technology Strategy: Develop and execute a technology roadmap that aligns with our Product Led Growth (PLG) objectives.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, product, customer success, and support teams to understand their technology needs and optimize processes.
- Choosing and implementing new systems: Oversee the selection, implementation, and integration of technology platforms (CRM enhancements, marketing automation, analytics tools, etc.) to support GTM functions, current and future, and drive revenue growth.
- Hands-on systems development: high throughput in configuring and optimizing the systems used for driving growth in a Product-Led, high-velocity environment.
- Enable Data-Driven Decisions: we rely on data to make decisions and understand what we can do better. Our GTM tools and workflows need to capture the data needed to understand our business accurately.
- Change Management: Drive organizational change by promoting the adoption of new technologies and best practices to enhance GTM effectiveness.
- Training and Enablement: Develop training programs to empower GTM teams to leverage technology tools effectively and efficiently.
- Help guide the introduction of AI to our customer-facing teams at Homebase.

You’re a bar raiser, which means you come with
- 2+ years of relevant experience in a Revenue Operations role, preferably within a pre-IPO SaaS company, with at least one year managing a tech stack.
- Strong understanding and strong opinions on what a high-volume, Product-Led Growth SaaS environment looks like.
- Experience understanding Sales and Customer Success workflows, and configuring, building, and administering systems to make those workflows better.
- Ability to move fast and prioritize a high volume of work requests based on business impact, set expectations with requesters, and consistently deliver on those expectations.
- Experience communicating technical information to non-technical audiences.
- Able to partner with leadership teams to influence strategy and change initiatives through deep knowledge of how to leverage technology.
- Habit for thinking in processes and data.
- Knowledge of Salesforce and related tools (telephony systems, Gong, etc) is a plus.
