Vice President - Trucking & Logistics

Job Summary:

The Vice President is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing the company in regards to Operations, Financial, and Building Culture. Working together with the CEO, COO, and Director, the Vice President is tasked with ensuring compliance, increasing profit margins and efficiencies, while also being customer facing when needed. The Vice President will be putting goals and standards in place as well as ensuring those goals and standards are met daily, monthly, and yearly. 

Duties/Responsibilities:

· Drive collaboration across the organization to identify needs and develop scalable solutions.

· Prioritize objectives and implement strategies to achieve company initiatives as part of the leadership team.

· Deploy data and research to drive cross-business corporate prioritization.

· Collaborate with stakeholders to achieve mutual goals.

· Form and lead internal teams, providing training and mentorship as needed.

· Directly and indirectly manage staff with the goal of enhancing professional development and personal growth.

· Manage relationships with key clients.

Pay Starting At: $150,000 to $200,000/ year, depending on experience

Education and Experience:

· 4-Year College Degree

· Post-College Business Education Preferred

· 10 years management experience (Transportation/Logistics preferred)

· Financial Accounting Understanding and Experience

· Previous trucking/logistics sales experience preferred

Physical Requirements: 

· Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer

· Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times
